2 Small Group Personal Training Sessions each Week at Stoked Athletics
Before you train a single rep, you'll sit down with a Stoked coach for a 1-on-1 virtual consultation. Injury history, experience level, goals — all of it. Then on day one, you get an in-person orientation so nothing feels unfamiliar, intimidating, or like you're just winging it.
You won't be thrown into the deep end. That's not how we do things.

Small Group Sessions That Actually Feel Personal
Two coached training sessions per week — in groups capped at 6 per coach. That's not a class. That's personal training with people who push you.
Your coach knows your name, knows your goals, and knows exactly what you need on any given day. Six sessions over three weeks. Every one of them counts.

An Individualized Program + InBody Scan
You're not getting a generic workout pulled from a template. You're getting a program built specifically for you — based on your consult, your goals, and your body.
