About Coach

I'll be honest. Growing up, I was never really into fitness. I loved skateboarding, going to concerts, and hanging out with my friends. Although I played multiple sports growing up, it was never really my passion. That is until I went to college and began learning more about the body, its systems, and its ability to adapt to training. You see, I've always loved puzzles. Whether it be crosswords, riddles, or even figuring out how to perfect a trick while skateboarding - figuring out the solution to a problem always interested me. During my studies, I began to realize that our body was just that: a set of infinite puzzles. Want more strength? speed? power? Then we have to create a series of stimuli to get there. I discovered exercise selection, periodization, intensity - along with other variables - are pieces that can be manipulated to achieve my client's training goals. In my final year in college, I got certified in training. Since then, I have continually strived to be the best problem solver I can be. I've interned and learned from some of the best coaches in the industry. I've attended countless seminars, talks, and workshops all with the goal of continually learning, growing, and perfecting my craft.
