A 12- Week fitness journey so meticulously planned, it feels like you’ve got a personal trainer, life coach, and cheerleader rolled into one.

WHO'S IT FOR?

For go-getters who want to lose a substantial amount of body fat and pack on muscle, and people who want to kickstart their fitness journey with a bang.

WHAT'S THE VIBE?

On top of the normal SGPT membership, you meet with a coach weekly to go over nutrition numbers, training, and outside habits like step count.

WHY DOES IT WORK?

The coach creates a lifestyle plan that encompasses everything including their training, nutrition, and outside activity. Weekly meetings review numbers and progress, as well as issues from the last week and possible issues in the coming week.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

You'll feel stronger, more mobile and have more energy. If you are looking for fat loss, it’s common to see 10-15lbs of weight loss in the 12 weeks with some members losing up to 30lbs and keeping it off.

WHAT MAKES IT UNIQUE?

A COACH THAT'S IN YOUR CORNER THE WHOLE TIME: 

Weekly check-ins to make results a given. Never 'go off track', instead address obstacles in real time with your coach.
