Small Group Personal Training takes the fun and support of large group classes and combines it with the personalization and attentiveness of 1-on-1 personal training without the huge class sizes that most associate with group classes, or the higher price tags you see for 1-on-1 training.
Each member has their own program that is built for them after meeting for their No Obligation Consultation and is updated every 4 weeks as they progress.
Groups cap out at around 6 people per session so that our coaches can make sure you're executing your program safely and effectively.
