On top of the normal SGPT membership, you meet with a coach weekly to go over nutrition numbers, training, outside habits like step count.

The coach creates a lifestyle plan that encompasses everything including their training, nutrition, and outside activity. Weekly meetings review numbers and progress, as well as issues from the last week and possible issues in the coming week.
